Kate Craft Photography Sessions
Whether it’s a family session or senior portraits, my goal is simple — help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and create images you’ll still love years from now. The experience should feel easy and even a little fun, and getting your photos shouldn’t be complicated either. Every session includes a private online gallery for downloading, sharing, and printing your images — no hidden fees and no minimum orders.
All sessions include time on location with me, planning support with style inspiration, and a full gallery of fully edited high-resolution images ready to use however you’d like.
A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date and is applied toward your session balance.

FAQ
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FULL PORTRAIT SESSION AND A SHORT PORTRAIT SESSION?
A Full Portrait Session is the best fit if you want a relaxed, unhurried experience with more room for kids to warm up, take breaks if needed, and create a wider variety of images.
A Short Portrait Session is a simple, focused 30-minute session for updated family, maternity, or couples portraits. It works best when everyone is ready to jump in pretty quickly and you’re looking for a smaller gallery.
Both are relaxed and guided — the biggest difference is the pace, flexibility, and amount of variety you want from your session.
Are full sessions really 2 hours?
KCP full sessions are reserved within a two-hour window — but what you’re really investing in isn’t “time on a clock.”
You’re choosing someone who knows how to read the room, adjust when kids need a quick break, give gentle direction when it’s needed, and slow down for the moments that matter. Most sessions don’t take the full two hours, but having that space means we’re never rushed or watching the clock. If we need a few extra minutes for that one photo Mom has been dreaming about, we take them.
I’ve worked hard to create an experience that feels relaxed and unhurried while still delivering a beautiful mix of posed and candid images.
How long will my senior Session take?
Senior sessions are reserved for 2+ hours to give us plenty of breathing room — especially for seniors who want multiple outfits, a second nearby location, or a little extra variety. How much of that time we actually use really depends on your vision. Some seniors keep it simple and streamlined, others want to explore a few different looks and spots — and both are perfect. We’ll shape the session around you so it feels relaxed, never rushed, and completely aligned with what you’re hoping to walk away with.
When will I see my finished photos?
I return galleries as quickly as I can while still giving each image the attention it deserves — with a guaranteed turnaround time of two weeks.
Do you offer Extended Family Sessions?
Absolutely! I offer extended family sessions — grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins… the whole whole family.
Before the session we’ll plan groupings together so everything runs smoothly: the full group, each individual family, couples, cousins, kids, and all the combinations that matter to you. My goal is to keep it organized while still feeling relaxed.
Extended family sessions do include an additional fee — just reach out and I’ll share the details.
